This program, conceived as a bridge of unity and friendship between the central american people, offers multiple opportunities to visit our closest friends and has become one of the most attractive tourist package in Central America.

Getting to Know your Neighbor, Nicaragua Chapter, contains a singular tourist package that permits us to get to know better our sister countries, their nature, culture, cities, and their people.


Off the coast of Granada, in the Grand Lake of Nicaragua, are found Las Isletas, a beautiful archipelago formed by 354 small islets, exhibiting a variety of exuberant tropical vegetation.


Located in the Grand Lake of Nicaragua, the exotic Island of Ometepe with its two volcanoes and its form of a number 8 when viewed from the air, is the largest island in the world that emerges in fresh water.

The religious importance of Ometepe for the antique indigenous culture is testified by the hundreds of figures that are engraved in stone, as well as the impressive monolithic statues that conform part of the rich pre-Columbian Nicaraguan treasure.

Ometepe holds a countless number of exotic species and its waters has the privilege of being the refuge of the only fresh water shark that exists in the world.


An enchanting colonial city founded by the Spanish in 1524 on the edge of the Grand Lake of Nicaragua. Granada is considered the oldest colonial city in America that resides in the same place that it was founded.

The attractive buildings of colonial and neoclassical style that characterizes its architecture, harmonizes with its beautiful scenery of natural surroundings. La Gran Sultana, which is how the locals like to call their attractive city, offers its visitors the opportunity to travel to the past, by touring the city in its typical carriages pulled by horses we demonstrate the evidence of a history and a cultural legacy that we share.


León, and architectural and cultural jewel of all Nicaraguans, has the strength and ferocity of its name. Capital of Nicaragua for more than two hundred years, León conserves its colonial style houses and their balconies made out of forged steel. By touring their wide avenues, the poetry of one of its greatest sons comes to life, the Grand Rubén Darío.


Located in the pacific ocean in a beautiful bay, we find San Juan del Sur with its beaches and blue waters attractive not only for sun tanners, but also to those who enjoy the winds and waves on their surf boards. San Juan del Sur is highly sought out by those who love high seas fishing.
